The Aligned Path is a gentle, grounded space to slow down, turn inward, and show up for yourself.
Twice a month, we gather on Zoom as a small group of women to support one another as we walk our paths and continue to grow and change.
No fixing. No performing. Just a willingness to be curious, present, and open-hearted.
A donation-based gathering of women 40+ who are seeking deeper alignment with themselves.

The Aligned Path is for you if
✦ You’re a woman (or femme-identifying person), roughly 40 and beyond.
✦ You’re navigating a shift in identity or role — motherhood, singlehood, marriage or partnership, caregiving, career change, “empty nest,” relocation, loss, or a quieter, in-between season that you can’t quite name.
✦ You tend to be the one doing for everyone else, and you’d like a space that is just for you.
✦ You’re craving real connection and a place to give voice to what’s stirring inside you.
You do not need:
✦ A five-step plan or perfectly articulated goals
✦ Any experience with coaching or spiritual work
✦ To show up in a particular way
✦ To be wealthy. This is a donation-based group, so you only pay if you are able and feel so inclined
You are welcome exactly as you are.
What to Expect
Each 75–90 minute gathering follows a gentle, consistent rhythm so your nervous system knows what to expect.
1. Arrival & Grounding (10 minutes)
We begin by arriving together, with a short grounding exercise — a few breaths, a body scan, or a simple visualization — to help you shift out of the day and into yourself.
You’ll hear a reminder that, in this space, you don’t have to perform, impress, or do anything for anyone. You just get to be.
2. Check-In Round (10 minutes)
We go around the virtual room. Each person shares their name, where they’re calling from, and a simple prompt, such as:
“One word for how you’re arriving tonight.”
“Something that feels grounding to you.”
“One thing your heart has been whispering lately.”
There are no right or wrong answers, so no need to overthink it. This is simply a moment for honest connection with yourself.
3. Theme & Reflection (10 minutes)
Each gathering has a focus that touches on self-love, self-trust, and alignment, such as:
Listening to your inner knowing
Softening self-judgment
Letting yourself want more
Setting loving boundaries (without guilt)
Katherine offers a brief review and may share a short reading to set the tone.
4. Guided Inner Practice (15 minutes)
You’ll be guided through an inner practice that might include:
Journaling prompts
A guided visualization
A somatic check-in (listening to your body)
There is quiet time to write or simply be with yourself. You don’t need to share anything you don’t want to.
5. Sharing & Being Seen (30 minutes)
Those who wish to share are invited to speak for a few minutes about what surfaced:
What stood out to you?
What are you curious about in yourself?
What feels tender or alive right now?
The group does not jump in to fix or advise. We simply witness with compassion and respond with simple acknowledgements like “Thank you” or “We hear you.”
Sharing is invited, never required. You’re always welcome to simply listen.
6. Integration & Closing (15 minutes)
We close with a few thoughts from Katherine and a brief reflection, such as:
“What are you taking with you from tonight?”
“What did you hear in yourself?”
“What, if anything, do you want to explore or try as a result of this gathering?”
Katherine offers a brief closing.
If there are upcoming opportunities to go deeper (like the 10-week self-love journey), Katherine will mention them here. No pressure, just an invitation.
Themes We’ll Explore
Rather than a fixed curriculum, we move with what is most alive and supportive for the group. Some of the themes we may explore include:
✦ Choosing yourself
✦ Listening to your inner knowing
✦ Letting yourself want more
✦ Growing self-trust
✦ Befriending your inner critic
✦ Honoring your needs and limits
✦ Setting loving boundaries (without guilt)
✦ Walking a path that feels true to you — even when others don’t fully understand
You don’t need to attend every gathering or follow a set sequence. Come when you’re able. Each session stands on its own, while still weaving into a larger journey of self-love, awareness, and alignment.

YOU Are the Center of Your Own Life
As women, most of us learned from an early age to put others first — your partner, your family and friends, your work, your community.
At some point, though, you may notice a quiet sense that something wants to shift.
Not necessarily a dramatic overhaul, but a desire for more.
✦ More aliveness
✦ More honesty with yourself
✦ More of you in your own life
The Aligned Path gatherings create space to be deeply honest about where you are, without needing to have it all figured out.
This is a place to explore what alignment looks like for you — new ways of seeing and honoring yourself — one step, one season, one small brave choice at a time.

No. You are always welcome to simply listen. You’ll be invited to share, but it is never required.

To protect confidentiality and create safety, these gatherings are not recorded.
-
No. Come when you can. Each gathering stands alone, though you may find that coming regularly helps you build deeper self-trust over time.
-
No. These gatherings are not a substitute for therapy. They are a supportive, reflective space rooted in coaching, spiritual inquiry, and community. If you’re in an acute crisis, I encourage you to seek professional mental health support in addition to – or instead of – this space.
-
These gatherings are primarily designed for women and femme-identifying folks, especially in midlife and beyond. If you are outside that description but feel deeply called to this work, you’re welcome to reach out to me directly, and we'll discuss whether this offering is a fit.

You are still welcome. Truly. Choose the “I’m joining without a financial contribution this time” option when you register. Showing up for yourself is what matters.
About Katherine & Pellegrina
Pellegrina is the feminine Italian word for “pilgrim” – a traveler on a journey.
I’m Katherine, a life coach, guide, and fellow midlife traveler on my own path of evolution. I work with women who are reclaiming their identity after a defining role or chapter has shifted (marriage, career, motherhood, caregiving, and more), who are ready to release old stories and limiting beliefs, and who are yearning for more fulfillment and inner alignment.
My work is grounded in deep listening, compassion, and the belief that you already carry the wisdom you’re seeking.
The Aligned Path is a donation-based women's circle offered through Pellegrina and created to be accessible regardless of income or resources.
In addition to these groups, I offer 1:1 coaching and pilgrimage retreats to Tuscany — all centered around helping women move through their lives in a way that feels true.
